In September, an unknown young girl found in a trash bag near Boston finally was identified as Bella Bond, after months of investigation.

But there are still at least 10,000 unidentified bodies in morgues and cemeteries across the country. Reveal reporter G.W. Schulz and producer Michael I Schiller find that bodies may remain unidentified for far too long because agencies are not required to share case information about missing people and Jane and John Does.
