Biography

Elton Taylor Jr. (he/him) is a development officer at The Center for Investigative Reporting. He’s a greater New Orleans-area native with 15 years of development experience working with local, regional and national nonprofit organizations. From providing sanctuary to the nation's retired chimpanzee population to building a thriving business community in East Texas and helping Dallas-area children overcome the lasting and traumatic effects of homelessness, he has worked tirelessly to leverage his passion for communication to create change as a fundraising professional. Taylor is based in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
